ABM cannot read data error

HI i get a issue with ABM saying cannot read data error. i have gigablue ue+.

Sat set to single 28.2e
vm net id 00012 6887 leic area

any ideas on how to get this working?

You probably have set the wrong net ID.

Can you describe what tuners/cabing you have?

If you setup ABM to use satliite only does it work?
If you setup ABM to use cable only, does it work?
If you save bouquets frrm other receiver to PC and then transfer to this one, do the cable channels work?

when i do manual scan on both sly/vm both work no issues.

iv tried abm with sly no results
tried abm is vm same results :(

iv installed ratz bougets to test works flawlessly but amb does both sly and vm so i really want this to work..as i required favs for both networks

If you don't mind, can you flash afresh. Enable debug logs, ( reboot needed for this to take effect). Set one tuner to not configured and then try the remaining one by itself. Reverse the test. You have two modes and we need to find the error, easier to do one at a time.

damn i should have waited cuz i reflashed already..

during reflash i set both tuners up and ran abm to scan vm only. found 29 transponders but loads of channels were missing. i then went into channel info i can see symbol rate is 6952 even though it supposed to be 6887. :(

ABM seems to be a issue should i uninstall reinstall ABM?

I'm sure there is no problem with ABM. You can uninstall it if you want, but that won't resolve your problem.

How many channels do you get on a normal scan? You have to be methodical in your testing/fault finding. Might be worth you getting those logs from this receiver.

There are Lraizer's plugins too.

too much playing around might need to try this a bit later on so frustrating i got 25 channels only then did start scan again cannot read data.. im just going to autobougets for sky but may need to find a manuel bouguet for virmin... iv never come accross a receive like this :(..

iv delt with DMS, SLyF3, Amiko Aliens, Blades - but this by far TROUBLESOME!!!! LOL

You probably have a cabling/signal issue. This is why I suggested you be methodical in your testing.

After you have had a rest, get those logs from this receiver in the current location.
After that, repeat with this receiver in location where the other receiver is.
Then try ABM for cable only.

hmm signal issus possible but all channels are working..i had a amiko mini in this place last week with all channels.. if thats the case this reciever has weaker tuner then the amiko??? but i highly doubt that...


yeh need to scan for channels manually and set ratz sly up to make this whatcherble for now..

Found some strange info.. i plugged back the amiko and although i set tuner at 00012 6887 643 looking at all the channels and most of them say symbol rate 6952???? any guesses on this strange devolopment..

ABM does not use the E2 tuner software. It interacts at driver level.

Steps to resolve your issue have been mentioned already. I am out of this thread until you post your logs with teh device in the location you wish to use.

Ok so it interacts on driver level.. i could try update drivers via software update..
