Satellite installer

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good installer in the Middlesex area? I'm already setup with a fixed dish with 3 dual LNBs coming down with 2 feeds but for some reason I cannot record one channel while viewing another on a different transponder. I suspect the guy that originally set it up messed up something with the diesqc config and I don't want him to come anywhere near my house again!

What receiver do you have? sound like a setting issue.

Got the Vu+ Duo mate. Tried quite a few trouble shooting steps in the tuner setups but none worked.
