If you display the details of the Current channel (Main/Television -> Current) the Onid and Sid values are reported in decimal. However, they are always used elsewhere in hex (they are in the Sref as hex).
The Namespace is also displayed as signed decimal, but it too is always used in hex.

The different representation is confusing, and hides how these values are used/obtained.

Also, for me, the Tuner is listed as "Tuner Type: DVB-S2". I don't have a satellite connexion, so that should be DVB-T2.

That's how I know that the values are reported (individually) in decimal, but show up in the service ref in hex.
