Spinning egg timer

Hi,

Over the last few days, I seem to get the spinning egg timer all the time, this can make the box unresponsive for minutes at at time.

Can anyone advise what this might be?

I'm on VIX 1.1.

It might be the autotimer polling long green press and than menu and change polling to 900 or whatever you prefer.

First things first mate upgrade to VIX 1.2

So as to not loose any data do a softweare update

Menu, Setup, Software Manager, Software Upgrade

Yeah, there seems to be a memory leak that results in a locked box after 4 or 5 days, even on 1.2... 1.3 should fix it hopefully, sicilian has mentioned that some memory leak problems are being fixed in 1.3 :D
