Stuck on booting after online update

Just tried an online update from vixhd 64 and now I'm stuck at the booting screen. I've got past the "nearly ready" screen but stuck on the "openvix" screen with the spinner coming up every 30 seconds or so.

Thats why we have the image setup so it makes a full settings backup as part of the image update process, just in case something does go wrong.

With no crashlogs, impossible to fix. Please look in /home/root/logs/ & upload any crashlogs generated.

I'm in the same boat here - update from ViXHD 064 to 070 stuck in a loop on Quad Plus. I didn't notice any prior backup as part of the update process, though. It usually happens on the normal ViX default skin. I have made a backup myself.

I tried that before flashing 070 but there was no crash logs, suppose if it didn't boot it couldn't crash?

If you did a fresh flash, all default logs will have been deleted.
