Power cut

Had a power cut and fiber BT modem is showing all green lights for power, DSL and LAN but tried three different modems, all of which will not connect to internet.

Anyone had similar or any ideas of what could have gone awry?

Def exchange or modem and ISP Indian call centre useless[emoji35]

Hi mate

Suggest you disconnect the modem and leave for 5mins also power down all connections pc and stb make sure all your connections are sound then power modem back up and restart your pc and stb if you still have a problem muck about with the dchp if you have a static ip

Tried all that and even for 30 minutes. Fault was at ISP end.
