Yea. My solo2 has been doing that as well. I've just upgraded to apollo 070 so I will see if it still does it.

ps. mine doesn't actually switch on, it switches from deep standby to standby.

mine again switched on this morning after updating to build 70, I thought it may have been EPG updater so I moved the time, but it is still switching on

Hi,
enable debug log and when the box was in standby the next time post the debug log.

Does the LX3 have WOL? If yes deactivate it.

ciao

WOL is not activated

I'm sure there was a kernel update sometime after 30 and before 64. You were meant to reflash instead of update. Someone will correct me if I'm mistaken. In any case, when sporadic issues arise, a fresh flash with no restores is the first thing to do.

The other possibility is that your receiver is being accessed remotely.

The other possibility is that your receiver is being accessed remotely.Surely that wouldn't wake it up from Deep Standby?

He did not say which mode of standby it was in. But you are right.

Mine was just in normal standby and not deep standby.

How do you change the default password on the box?

Are you sure its not those 1 second power cuts that often happen when the grid switches between sources of power? I have an old radio/alarm clock that loses its settings on these power clitches and this has happen a few times recently during the night.
