Plugin Manual Downloads

Can anyone tell me the best place to download these plugins.
I know they are in the plugin menu on the images.
I want keep these on my computer and to be able to manually install these items myself.
To use with,
VU+ Duo2 and GI LX-3

step 1 in telnet give the command 'opkg update'
step 2 look in '/var/lib/opkg/lists' in one of the files for the right name of the package you want to save on your harddisk
step 3 in telnet give the command 'opkg download <packagename>', example: 'opkg download enigma2-plugin-pli-autobackup'
step 4 copy the downloaded file from /home/root/ to your harddisk
