Hi all got satvu + duo box can you convert this to cable i know nothing about cable if i can could some one point me to a guide on how to thank you mial

Yes you can replace one or both sat tuners with cable tuners, or you can add a USB sundtek cable tuner, all available from the sponsor.

thamks for reply and info is there a guide on how to change tuner and once i have changed tuner is setting the box up ie image and plugins the same as i would on sat thanks again mial

The tuners on the duo just unplug once you have removed the lid and retaining screws, the image and plug ins install the same, epg is a little different to update, loads of info on the forum in the abm section especially.

Is it a VU Duo or a VU Duo2?
If VU Duo, you can't change the tuners but can use USB tuners.

Same story so. No swappable tuners. USB cable tuner only.

i have a solo2 with sundtek usb tuner and it works really well (a couple of niggles), not cheap though...
