channel numbwer appearing twice

how can I stop the channel number appearing twice when I press the number on the remote. For example if i press 141 on my remote. The tv display shows 141 141 BBC1.

I'd guess you're using laziers auto bouquets with channel numbers enabled?

That was indeed the case:thumbsup::thumbsup:. I guess with experience I will get used to the little tweaks that keep these boxes settings to my liking!:)

Laziers method of adding channel numbers to channel names actually renames the channels to include the channel number.
The inbuilt ViX ABM doesn't do this. I prefer actual stream channel names, Laziers plugin can also do this too the last time I used it, just a matter of playing with or not changing default config options?

You can also switch off channel numbers in the settings of the user interface.
