vu+ control centre will not connect to my box

Hi all

Im trying to acces my box with vu+ control centre and no matter what I do I just cannot access it

keeps coming up that access violation message. I have never set any user names or passwords on the box so I don't know what they would be

please help?

Hi having going through forum after forum finally found out that the box was using a default password ( I think I best change this to make it more secure?

Hi sorry yes iv sorted this situation now, yes the IP address was the same as the box

according to a forum I read when blackhole gets installed it has a default password
