in that screenshot you have not selected the Anonymous login box (under the password field), tick it and try again.

If i select anonymous fails , because cant use root user.

You are using the wrong ip address - it should be 192.168.0.3

"connection failed, connection refused"

Should i flash the image again?
If yes, do i need to flash bootloader ?
I already downloaded the image.

Yes try refashing the image, no you wont need a bootloader as the sponsor would have done that prior to shipping when he flashed the image in the first place.

Check in network settings that FTP service is running.

With a computer in windows > start > run > ping xxx.xxx.x.xxx the x's are your IP address to see if it is seeing your Box address. If OK then it is a matter of filling in the info correctly.

I've always used user name 'root' and password as well 'root' on my GigaBlue HD Quad Plus with OpenVIX, and has worked every time. Except for the recent OpenVIX images (since Apollo 25 or so) which do not support my wifi dongle. But using OpenMIPS or OpenATV also same user name and password do the thing.
