Account Suspended Screen

Since that day the forum had to be moved and I am facing a problem connecting to forum from home. Whenever i try to get in, I get the "Account Suspended Screen" this happens only at home on both the desktop and the laptop (cache and all temporary files are deleted and tried on both ie and FF). On any other network the forum is working flawlessly.

I contacted my ISP and he assured it has noting to do with them and asked me to contact the forum administrator.

Will you help me with this Sic...

Try this: -

Clear chache again.
Open command prompt.
ipconfig /flushdns
Reboot.
