How do i save skin settings when reflashing ?

I need to update my solo2 currently on Apollo 23 , however is there a way to save my skin settings such as width and height of epg menus ?

Its a pain reflashing the box and having to set everything up again

The simplest way would be to disable overscan from the TV end, you would then no longer need to adjust the OSD to compensate for overscan.

True I could , there are other settings for the skin though , I just wondered if I could back these up somehow to save me hand balling them back in again
