I bought this model last week, and cccams , I have spent a week going around in circles, my IP address on machine will not let me use Firmware Update, when I connect to server it can not find connection, I have tried the on off switch to see if number comes up to be added to IP but that does not work , I have tried making a folder for cccams and trying to load with usb, I have had a spider box 7000HD for years no problems, and easy to use, this sat receiving is a mine field, before a throw it out the window ANY Help, is there an idiots manual available to down load , Ando1
