Hi All,
I'm new to the satellite seen, all's been well until this evening when this appeared on my screen. I couldn't see all the text from top & bottom line, VIX logo has now been spinning for about 20min, not sure what to do?

go to the image help section and ask for help including your receiver type, image name and build and any other relevant info so the programming team know what might be wrong.

Did you update to build 45? It has an issue on some boxes & 46 is currently being built to fix the issue.
