My Vu Duo loads up crossepg without any issues apart from certain channels the description listing appear blank.
i.e On Sky Living , Atlantic - I see the program and its title in the epg, but when i scroll over the listing for example : Mount Pleasant there is no description of the program

Anyone else finding this

No issue with it here. What EPG sources are you using?

Maybe try defragmenting the database.
Menu -> Setup -> System -> EPG -> CrossEPG -> Defragment database & download again.
If that doesn't work, put the box to sleep, delete all your EPG & start it again.

Done all above and still no description?

Same here without issue.
Does it happen on the default skin too?
Are you sure you put E2 to sleep before deleting all EPG? init 4.

Yes, they do. Doubtful it's the skin but worth checking.

its only doing it on Sky Living & Sky Atlantic and their +1's strange

loaded different skins - no different.
It only happens on Sky Living and atlantic between 7pm and 1 am

I have checked my EPG for Sky Living until Sunday. All details there.

I still using vix 3.0 maybe time to update but means reloading all plugins etc tsmedia hope they all work

yup, kind of makes you sick when you try to help some one and they only volunteer vital information that would have helped resolve their issue much faster had it been given at the beginning of the thread.

Exactly, how many hundreds of builds have we been through since 3.0...
Can't force users to use current software, but would be handy if they let us know when reporting issues on outdated software.
Save lots of us wasting hours trying to reproduce issues.

Sorry folks but if you look at the bottom of all my posts it does clearly say i using Vix 3.0.
I did not know i had to duplicate this info in the post.

Signatures are not readable in all skins ans on all devices.
Anyway: it would require the reader to look for the info, that should be supplied in a question/report.
