solo 2 tuner set up

hi
i have only a single satellite feed atm. i intend to get my new solo 2 up and running just using this cable and then upgrade my cable and lnb later.
because the solo 2 has 2 tuners i assume i will connect my single cable to tuner 1 and configure this during set up. in the set up procedure do i just ignore tuner 2 set up or enter same settings as tuner 1. will i get the option to change things later?
i will be using a motorised dish set up.
sorry for what might be a stupid question. just trying to prepare myself a bit for when my new box arrives

On the Solo2, with only 1 feed, attach it to tuner b & set tuner a as loopthrough to tuner b.
