Unable to install WEBMEDIA from VIX feeds

Was trying to install
Webmedia 10.0_r02_oe2.0 available on VIX feed but received this error (please see screen capture too)

You are not alone, same here (Apollo .078). is there a way to resolving rtmpdump?
