Hi how do I access the web browser on my VU2 DUO2?

in your browser just give in the ip of the box.Don't know if you need to turn on samba server in box.

You need to download the HbbTV plugin from the image feeds, this contains a copy of the opera browser although in my opinion using a browser to access the web from a satellite receiver is a gimmick at best and a total waste of time at worst.

If however you mean the web interface then as suggested above you just need to enter the receivers IP addressing I your browser.
