how to manually restore everything

Situation is this.

ON apollo 24
MY last backup which had all plugins was on helios
I cannot restore helios backup to latest apollo
I cannot restore all plugins on apollo 24 as you guys ripped the feeds.

So question #1, I dont know what plugin I lost, how do I get back fom the helios backup?
#2 I read somewhere can download files of the ftp to manually preserve timers and autotimers, which files?
#3 quickest way get the settings and restore them? I only can think of writing them down which take 1-2 hours.
#4 any other shortcuts?

I ask this as the admins and testers claim this procedure is painless. thanks

Best you make a full image backup first just in case you have issues. This will be a mirror image of your current setup.
Blue Button > Vix > Image Manager > Green for new backup

Restore
Flash New image. During First install Wizard, you should be prompted to restore if your device wheer you saved your backups is connected

I have now full image backups, but sadly back when I Was using helios I didnt know about it.

I am now on apollo37 after about 2 hours getting it right, will post a new thread with new issues occuring.

The backup and restore feature I couldnt do as in an earlier apollo version between my last version and 37, the dev's made it so it wouldnt work.
