mini solo crashed

Please help. my mini solo will not work. Turns on and shows a error screen as follows: we are really sorry. Your receiver has en counted a software problem and needs to be restarted. please send logfile /tmp/enigma2_crash.log
This stays on my screen for 10 seconds then just goes to blue screen with black channel border at bottom then freezes. Any ideas plz

Sorry but as pointed out above you have a Illegal, counterfeit, cloned receiver and we can not offer any form of support for such here.
