need help pls for watching iptv

i need help pls,i got vu+ solo se every time when i watch any channel on iptv the audio delay few seconds ,how can i fix that cos its realy annoying ,

You can mess about with the audio delay settings in a/v settings or find a better stream.

and is there anything that can be done to handle buffering settings on a DUO? Sometime I've blocks that to me are related to lags on the streaming.
