Connect to vu duo problems

Hi guys can anyone explain how to connect file zilla and the vu duo box to enable access to boxes folders keep getting the below error message

Im trying to access the etc folder or keys folder

Running vix 3 just got the box yesterday from wos so its all the latest

You got the correct IP address, username and password (if you have one set) of the Duo entered in FileZilla?

Are you sure you're connecting to the correct IP & FTP is running on the box?
Filezilla shouldn't need it, but try putting 21 in the port input box.

yes server name is my boxes ip address port is 21 and password is password

can the files be accessed through open webif anyway? when i type my boxes ip address into the address bar of my computer it pulls up webif

Are you using filezilla server or client?

Use telnet (install putty) and connect to your Duo, root as username.

Use the command passwd to set a password for root.

Now open FileZilla and put in your duo' IP address, root and the new password and port 21 and click connect.
