Whats better e-sata or powered usb hdd for solo se

Hey guys

Whats your opinions on e-sata hdd and usb hdd's?

Whats the better option to use on Vuplus Solo se?

I dont have any experience with e-sata hdd so I dont know if they are any better than usb hdd.

ESATA will give you a wider bandwidth then USB. But USB is sufficient for a number of HD-recordings, and using the Solo you'll never reach the limit.
So it doesn't really matter what choice you make.
But if you choose USB, make sure the drive comes with it's own PSU.
