(CLOUD IBOX3) Tune failed sid not found in pat

My stb is an Cloud Ibox3 with Openvix apollo 032. Great image but i've a big problem.
On many channel i see the message tune failed or sid not found in pat
My system has lnb scr humax with one cable only for this stb.
Any solution? thx
