solo2 card reader issue - please help

is anyone have experience card reader failure after update to Apollo build 029.on my box looks like there is no power on card reader to work.
any solution ?

No issues here. Have you the card inserted the correct way?

check both slots - chip down.

Yes, chip down in Solo2.
What card is it & what cam are you using for it?
