no hd channels

can anyone help im not getting my hd channels anymore even after a blind scan and latest patch also tried last patch when it worked thanks.

My crustal ball says you need to reboot box 3 times standing on only your left leg, knee at 45 degrees and doing the mo bot. All will come back after you have done three spins in this position.
