Can anyone recommend a external USB HDD for my vu duo + I thought it came per installed
But after getting it up and running I realised I can't record. How easy is it to set
Up once installed.

Hello any External Hard Drive will work in a USB Case and they are fairly easy to set up or better still try and fit a internal Hard Drive

is yours a Duo or a Duo2 as I have just fitted a 3TB Hard Drive in my Duo2 it cost me about £90

If by Duo plus you mean the cloned receivers we cant help you. If you however mean a Vu+ Duo and it was just a typo. then as above any external HDD will work, but better externally powered one than a bus (USB) powered one.
