no channel list

hi, am on vu+ duo box but i cant get my channel list and sky sports 5 is not coming on,i have autobouquetsmaker but when i scan it says its locked , can anyone help? am all new to this.

How are your tuners configured & do you have feeds going to both?

How are the tuners configured? menu -> Setup -> Service searching -> Tuner configuration,

Simple
Single

With only one cable, you should set the second tuner to loopthrough.
Your viewing/recording options are limited with only one feed though.
