hi guys,

i need help with my vu duo box.

1) could you please help me to watch tv on my phone or laptop. preferably where i can watch a different channel than the one on tv without changing the channe on tv thanks.

also my icefilms is not wokring at the moment any help on that?

hi this has not worked. i put in my ip address:80 and it just downloaded when i clicked the tv image.

when i am on chrome i clicked on the tv image and instead of playing it shows the channel being downloaded.

That's because chrome doesn't know what to do with the url (it's normally stream.m3u). You need to associate the file type you are presented with (.m3u) with an application on your laptop. Usually vlc will work very well with an http stream. If you have a newer i-phone it should work well also. Windows phones don't seem to have a stream player on board or even any decent app. I'm sure there's loads of Android apps which will play the stream, but I don't use ANdroid, sorry.

If you go into your downloads folder and double click on the "stream.m3u" file, what application opens?

Use an app like VU+ Player if on android.

On your laptop, just open the downloaded file with an app like VLC.
