no plugins found

hi im getting no plugins found ,when i goto plugins and press green,i followed instructions to delete file in ect /opkg ocram plugins feed but still got down for maintenance message so deleted all files in opkg and now get no plugins found ?

3.0.760 vu solo 2 (latest I think ),I can ping WOS from my LAN,and ccam works so i know my solo2 is on network ?

Vs 3 is no longer supported and has no feeds. We suggest to flash Apollo 24.
