Hd streaming

I've got troubles streaming hd channels from cable to pc and android. Sound vs picture out of sync and choppy or freezing at times. Hd channels from Sat streaming perfectly. Wired or wireless, using vlc and wmp on PC and built in media player on Android, tried mx player, dice, wondershare. Any suggestions? Thanks

Have you tried the SD and do they freeze as could be network speed.
IMHO if handheld device than SD is fine.

SD play perfect on cable. If it was network speed then sat hd stream should be also choppy. It's android box with 2gb ram and quadcore 1.6ghz processor. Pc has 1gb nvidia video card, 6gb ram and i5 new processor. I don't worry about handheld device, on it surely SD is sufficient.
