HbbTV for Xtrends et4x00, et8x00 and et10000

The HbbTV version that is available on the feeds for the Xtrends et4x00, et8x00 and et10000 doesn't work any more.
Next ViX build will hold an updated version; in the mean time you can install the attached version yourself.
