DVB-C tuner but Missing Channels

Hi guys
I've brought a tuner from WOS and installed ok. When I scan the VCM feed i get most channels but NO Sports HD or Documentary HD channels. Any idea why this might be? Im using NetID 000012

Don't bother with NetIDs, they don't do anything. Best is to do a complete scan using a good cables.xml file. Takes about 30 minutes.

You may also need to boost your input signal, or change to a better quality splitter, my line is perfectly weighted for my official VM install, any attempt to add extra tuners has left me needing a signal amplifier, like you it was just a few of the HD channels that where funny, now they are fine.
