Hi, Is it possible to run Samba, Telnet etc., from the receiver rather than depending on Feeds?
If so where does it reside on the box?

Yes you can install samba via a telnet session but it will still need to connect to the feeds to download it in the first place. We removed samba from the base image a long time ago due to the amount of space it takes up, among other things.

in other words people have to catch up with working images to get feeds back,they might do more than we think:confused::thumbsup:
