One channel keeps freezing

Morning all
Can someone please explain what causes one certain channel to keep freezing yet every other channel works fine the channel is S** sports news . I have rescanned but it still freezes.

If you are using the channel on 12148H test the same channel on 10921H

Or if you are using the channel on 10921H test the same channel on 12148H

it is running on 12148H how do i change it to 10921H only had the box 2 weeks not sure what to do

Just go to your full channel list in Satellites - 28.2E (press the up or down key to bring up the selection menu, then press green).

You should see three versions of Sky Spts News - try each one and see what happens.
