feeds are down - need help to update

HI,

Im really new to this (bad start hey!) - my feeds have been down for sometime and I was advised that I need a software update of sorts.
Can anyone advise and take me through this - step by baby step?

First we would need to know exactly which image is currently on the receiver, you can find this out by going to the info pages on the receiver via your remote control.

Menu> information> about.
Post what image version (ViX 3.0, Zeus, Helios or Apollo)
and the build number (001,002,003 etc etc etc).
