Vol on remote

Hi guys,
Can someone tell me how to get the vol working on my vu+duo remote control? I'm still usung the sly remote to control the vol and need to get rid of it!!

I've tried holding down the tv button on the remote but didnt work and seemed to get the box to freeze up, so any pointers would be great.

I presume you want to control the TV's volume with the Vu+ remote ?, if so you need to program the remote.

you can try this.

press and hold 1+3 until the led is lit
type 0000
then hold the tv power (top left) until tv goes off, when it does let go
now press ok to stop and thats it.

Thanks Phoenix, the volume now works but i cant seem to access my epg or fav menu as the colour buttons and epg no longer work. the tv button in the corner of the remote isstill red, is this something to do with it?

Sorted it. Just took the battery out and all is working including vol and colour buttons.
