Use vu+ remote to control venton

Hi,I have searched forum and cannot find an answer.
Can a vu+ remote control be used to control a venton box.
The venton rcu does not appear to have a universal function.

No you can't use a Vu+ remote on any other receiver.

Euuhhh..... you can use a VU-RC on all Xtrends ......
