Vu duo locked up after power cut

Hi Guys, Sure its an easy fix but after the street suffered a power cut my vu+ duo is not getting past the open vix brightly multi coloured screen, even after full power shut downs, any suggestions please

Hi Bellejt, havent flashed a box since my early spiderbox days done from usb stick loaded with firmware updates is this still the way to flash/boot from and where do i look for latest images?? to try with thanks

simple : download image - extract on usb stick - stick in front usb and hard reboot.When seeying update press power button front.

Cheers guys rather straight forward ( newbies please have patience when usb is being read during the booting up as it does repeat itself twice and takes approx 5-10 mins before it tells you its ready) just now have to reload ccam etc
I have loaded a uk s bouquet list but any pointers on where to obtain a new ( motorised dish ) sports list for coming prem season.
