vix backup manager apollo 019 help

Hi guys

Im having trouble on backup manager on apollo 019 , i do a backup and it gets to 81% and then stays until the timed out message comes up . there is a list of backups in the home bit but they are not comeplete

I save them onto usb

i might be adding to many files and thats why its timing out ? which files do i need for when i reflash so all my settings are there

I'm using ibox cloud 3
