Hi folks can anyone tell me how to turn of the voice that narrates what is happening in a program. For instance in game of thrones the people in the program will speak and in between a voice will tell you what the people are doing ...
my box's is a gigablue quad ...it would be very good if you folks could help me turn it off

Press the Audio button on the remote and select one of the other options. NAR is normally audio description

quick way is to select audio and choose the different audio but once u change channel it will come back, for more permanent just go to language choose English and where it says use stored audio press no I think that's how I done it

In main menu go to AV then

Audio Language selection1 - ENGLISH
Prefer AC3 track - YES
Prefer audio track stored by service - NO
