Channel numbers since Helios?

Hi, my son updated our Box to Helios over the weekend and the channel numbers have changed from the sky model (101 for bbc 1, 103 for itv, 106 for Sky 1, etc) Any ideas on how to get them back?

How are you getting your channel lists? Are you using AutoBouquetsMaker?

Go to menu, Setup, Service searching, AutoBouquetsMaker, Providers.

In providers do you have Freesat setup or just Sky England?

In 'Providers' says.......

Sky England - yes

Sky Republic Ireland no
Sky North Ireland no
Sky Scotland no
Sky wales no

You need to ensure Freesat comes after Sky in providers order.
