New to sat tv and on vacations need some help

Hi I need your help.

Currently I'm in france on vacationd and I'd like to watch the world cup final this evening. The tv only got sat tv and almost every channel is norwegian (Thor sat). According to the landlord I should be able to receive bbc channels but I'm not able to.

Could you give me some help/advices how to proceed?

Where it says THOR, can you press left / right to bring up 28.2E?

If I press left/right I go through a list of satelites. Sadly there is no eutelsat 10a. I tried to add the eutelsat in the menu (first screenshot) but i dont find the necessary informations required in the menu.
