Image for VU duo

hi all

Can someone recommend a good image I can install for my VU Duo please.

I have always had a VIX Image but I cannot seem to see any latest versions and the current version I had was freezzing a lot

I would be grateful if someone can point me to the latest images and VIX in particular and which one i should install
