no ftp access

Hi
I need to access a friends solo2 via ftp
Menu/setup/system/network/ftp is red but no way it seems to start it
Same for telnet
Any ideas?

Is the network ok? Do a network test

Menu> System> Network> Device Setup> Network Test

See what your results are.

Is the friend's box at another location with different IP address.

If yes your friend has to open ports in the router.

no trying to connect on local lan network seems fine

I had this issue the other day just reflashed and it fixed it. Probably a quicker way to fix but flashing doesnt take too long !

Done a update to 015 all OK now
