HELP 2 screens in 1

I dont know what i've done but i have a small screen playing the same channel as the one i'm watching on my Vu+Duo. oes anyone know how i can turn this off its becoming very annoying, ive had a good look through the menu's but cant seem to find anything.
I was messing around with recordings at the time so i may have done something then, as i'm not fully clued up on the recodings yet.

By the way as you prob guessed, i'm a newby at all this but getting ther slowely!!

Press the blue button and then blue again to disable picture in picture!
