Damafunkin's customised Cable xml file

Next week there will be new channel launches on VM, namely missing Sky Sports HD channels, there will also be a few channels swapping numbers, here is my new cable HD channel swap xml that incorporates those changes, i'm posting it now as i will be unavailable the morning of the launch.
Following instruction from the mods on here my new xml has changed name, on uploading it to your system you will have to choose it as a new provider in ABM to run it (sorry not my fault).
p.s. don't flame me for the new Sky Sports channel numbers they don't make much sense, Sky Sports 1 HD will be Ch 502, go figure. :confused:

p.p.s. Although there has been no official announcement it is also possible that MUTV HD might launch on that morning as well, but i don't have a channel number for that yet.

Do we know when Sky News HD is coming
Sky News HD & Sky Sports News HD are part of Skys "Basic Channels", the previous carriage deal for these channels came into effect in a January some of us seem to remember, so if the new contract runs from the end of the old one, and the old deal was in exact years (48 months) then logic tells us it will be late january.
Reports on DS all seem to point to early 2015 as well.

In addition to these all the relevant SD variations are changing channel numbers as well. Although nothing in life is certain It seems to be almost set in stone that these will be the numbers :confused: , although imo they could do with moving SSN to 500 and the SS1 to 501 etc but they probably won't.

With the place holders going up for ITVbe HD i have added the channel swap to the xml, it should go live on 19th November.
This xml will now show as a new provider in your ABM list and as such will need to be activated, Service is called 'Virgin HD'.
Please place file in:
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/providers/
