hi guys,

i am a complete newbie to this.

currently my epg is not wokring (only now and next), plugins not showing or downloading, auto bouquets not working at all. (would a automatic scan help to replace deade frequencies?? or not and would that get rid of all channels or just dead ones.

currently i am on the zeus image but i heard that apollo is the new image available.
i am aware of how to input new images however i do not know whether my chan*els will be lost or not, if i do a backup which i have found a step by step manual to help and add the new apollo image what would happen to my chan*els? would they be lost? if so how would i obtain them back?

i would reflash to apollo.
don't bother doing or installing a back-up
setup & run ABM.
if all is well you can begin downloading plugins from the vix feed via the box.

thank you for the reply but what about the channels would they still come and show like normal?

you do have a paid subscription card?
if so, then you will still get the channels.
